Tap the 'Share' button in the bottom middle of your screen
Scroll down and tap 'Add to Home Screen’
Tap add in the top right corner.
The application will show up on your home screen

Open Chrome Browser
Type in the browser: mobile.safevisitor.io
At the bottom of the screen, click the option to “Add Safe Visitors To Home Screen”
The application will show up on your home screen
